a. Powow guarantees to beat any written quote on an Alpha ESS System, known as the “Best Price Alpha ESS”.
b. The quote must be for the same product with equivalent characteristics, such as:
     i. Maximum 22.5 Amp
     ii. PV short Circuit current
     iii. 95% depth of discharge
     iv. Ability to wall mount
     v. 10-year inverter and 10-year battery warranty
c. The quote date must be within the last 30 days, and the company issuing the quote must be an Australian company. 

a. The program is open to all customers of Powow in Australia
b. Each customer is eligible to purchase a maximum of 10 systems of any size (residential sizes) at the discounted price.

a. Powow reserves the right to provide the Best Price Alpha ESS only if the product is in stock.
b. In the event that the product is not available in stock, Powow is not obligated to fulfil the order.

These terms and conditions govern the Best Price Alpha ESS Program and shall be deemed accepted by customers upon participation.
